Brian Cumming and Associates, Inc. provides mechanical, electrical, fire, and plumbing design and consulting engineering services. They specialize in designing energy efficient buildings and incorporating sustainable building technologies. BCA is also well known for their expertise in humidity control and low maintenance designs. Brian Cumming spoke at last year's South Florida Sustainable Building Conference regarding "The Design of Efficiency in Hot, Humid Climates." He was the project engineer on the Florida Solar Energy Center project which showcased the latest energy efficient designs. In addition, BCA has been involved in the Nature Conservancy project in Kissimmee, FL, and the Summer House project in Gainesville as well as other projects involving energy efficiency and sustainable design.
