Courtney France, EI, LEED AP is the manager of LEED(TM) Services for AEC. Courtney is a LEED expert and integrates sustainable design and construction practices in the building delivery process. AEC's staff of LEED Accredited Professionals helps clients to obtain LEED Certification. AEC has used the LEED rating system as a framework for the energy and environmental design on more than 100 buildings and has achieved formal LEED Certification (Silver and Gold) on five projects and counting.

Energetechs Inc. has been a leader in the field of indoor environmental diagnostics, and the Venmar/vanEE heat recovery ventilation distributor for Montana, Wyoming, Idaho and Utah since 1988. They offer free design and consultation for heat exchange systems. They have worked extensively with Bonneville Power, the Montana Electric Cooperatives, Montana Department of Environmental Quality, and Habitat for Humanity in the design and implementation of energy recovery ventilation systems in both residential and commercial buildings. They are currently building the first American Lung Association "Health House" in Bozeman.
