Gridcore panels can be cut, painted, laminated and veneered, or curved to custom radii. Gridcore has the approximate bending strength of particleboard at about one third the weight. It is formaldehyde free and will not off-gas during fabrication or after installation. It is stronger than competitive foam core and paper honeycomb panels, lighter than wood alternatives.
